Replacement & Refund Policy
Cancellation & Modification
If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact us at support@mygiftnest.com with your order number and the details of the modification you'd like to request. We’ll notify you once the change or cancellation has been processed.
Please note that orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, orders are sent for processing and can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Returns
If your product arrives defective or not functioning properly, please contact us at support@mygiftnest.com.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

Items purchased from third-party retailers

Incorrectly purchased products

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. As the customer, you are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
No Refunds or Replacements
The following situations are not covered under our 30-Day Refund & Replacement Policy:

Requests made more than 30 days after delivery

Incorrect product, size, shipping address, or customization details entered by the customer

Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance

Items that have been washed, worn, soiled, or otherwise damaged through customer use

Returns due to changes in personal preference or taste
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email to confirm its arrival and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, we’ll process your refund and notify you via email.
For credit or debit card payments, refunds are typically processed within five business days. Please contact your card-issuing bank for details on when the refund will be reflected in your account.
Exchanges
We take full responsibility for issues reported within 30 days of delivery if:

The item is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly

You received the wrong item or it doesn’t match your Order Confirmation

The package was lost or not delivered, provided the shipping address was correct
